If we look for our option, we see that:<br /><br />Climate: It has a low temperature, but rain is moderate, so we can evade very hot climate.<br /><br />Venues: The place has great avenue, with very good quality.<br /><br />Transport: We could see that City B has a moderate Transportation System.<br /><br />Accommodation: City B has many residences, it has relatively large capacity.<br /><br />Security: Every City in the world has its own security control. City B may has a difficulty in the past, but the government is responsible for our Olympic<br /><br />Those are the reasons of my decision.
